Have a fresh successful install of APEX 5.1.3 on Windows Server 2012 R2, browser is IE 11. on most pages I notice that most of the buttons are blank, and the only way I know what the button does is to hover over it and I get some indication as shown in the attachment. In some cases there is a panel with choices in it but I cannot even see the outline of the button, unless I blindly click in the panel and then realize there is a choice there. Has anyone run into this? If so what is the issue and how do I get around it? TIA. DG
