    Oracle Employee: Unable to change display name?

      I have followed the instructions on changing it under the "Edit Profile" tab.. when I click the "Your Profile" tab, I see a message: "Some of the profile fields below are managed externally. Please click on Edit by the field to change it."

       

      Current my display name is 3276739

       

      When I click the edit button next to display name, I am taken to a page titled "Oracle Access Manager" and receive the following message:

      System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.
