Getting the below error while trying to reset the Oracle Cloud Traditional account password.
IAM-3040002 : You cannot reset your password, because your challenge questions have not been setup. Please contact your system administrator to reset your password
Please suggest how to update the same?
Hi, this space is focused on discussion of IDCS but your question is more related to SIM.
Anyway, you will need to ask someone with Identity Domain Admin role to reset the password for you, or create an SR in MOS & ask Oracle support team to reset the password for you.
