Is SGA is constrained to 22 GB in thE below setting . To make SGA + PGA complete autotune and to use 60 GB under AMM does sGA_MAX_TARGET is to be set zero

Version : 11.2.0.3

SGA_MAX_SIZE=22400M

SGA_TARGET=0

MEMORY_TARGET=60

MEMORY_MAX_SIZE=60G
