When did this start to happen?
What has changed since the last time it was working fine?
1. Can you check out your ulimit to see core settings. This helps core file to get generated.
2. Is there any f60webmx_dump_<processid> file created as a result FORMS60_TRACE_PATH (or) admin/script directory. That might have some more details.
3. Please check out any network (DNS,Firewall & Proxy server) related issues.

Have you reached out to your firewall administrator? Is everyone getting kicked out at the same time?
Is your frmweb process still running on the app server even after you lose your connection?
When we have these type of issues, its related to the connectivity between the end user and the app server.... scrutinize everything in between....
