RMAN Database Backup - Standard Edition

I have an Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 Standard edition. The RMAN Full backup is running extremely slow and it takes several hours to complete for a 200GB database size.

I would like to know the possible RMAN tuning options that I can use on standard edition database to improve the RMAN backup performance.
