    Using Form Personalisation to trigger email when order goes in Hold

      Hello,

       

      Please can you guide how to set up auto email to testing@abc.com when an order go’s on Hold?

       

      Is there any Form Personlisation I can refer to use it?

          Hi,

               Why can't you try the Oracle Alerts (Alert Manager Resp. you can use)?

               Here, whenever hold is applied the corresponding table will be updated with hold details right...? So, then fire that alert to send a mail.

               I am not sure how to achieve this through Form Personalization. But have you tried the 'Builtin' Type action? Please check if any 'Builtin' type action is helpful
