So if Chrome is the only one not working you are just facing an incompatibility.
You would need to at least apply the 171017 bundle patch hoping it will fix it as something which has been fixed in the 3 years of delay your OBIEE has.
More in general at this point in time you better start planning on an upgrade of OBIEE as the end of support is about to come (standard error correction support for 188.8.131.52 and 184.108.40.206 is end of 2018, after than time you would need to buy extended support and move to 220.127.116.11).
Does the content open in a popup window in the other browsers? If yes, then check your popup blocker settings in chrome.
I have the same issue. My pivot table is "heavy" in content. Works fine in other browsers.
