That LDIF is for adding entries if fed to ldapmodify.
If you want to use ldapdelete, then you need to follow its convention: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E22289_01/html/821-1279/ldapdelete.html
Basically, you just need to provide a list of DNs that you want to delete.
If you want to use ldapmodify, then you need to change the LDIF and use 'replace' instead of 'add' for the changetype and also specify 'delete' and the attribute you want deleted instead of specifying the attribute you want added.
