I just used this feature myself yesterday with no issues.
Is it a standalone procedure or a package?
Have you checked those object types?
Have you used the object picker?
The Database Copy tool is just not working for the users in the DBA Group. We tried to copy tables, procedures, and packages. The log file shows no errors and "compiled" at the bottom. But we don't see the new tables or procedures in the target schema. We can copy the procedure and paste in another schema in edit.
Personal questions: Can we get some professional support for gmu.edu and how much will it cost for one hour? Where should we request for that? We will need some hand on help to setup SQL Developer in our Windows 7 environment connecting to Oracle12c.

What 'dba group' are you talking about?
Oracle doesn't have 'groups' - they have roles and privileges.
What privileges doe the user being used have? Does this user OWN the objects being moved?
The BEST way to get help is to SHOW US:
1. WHAT you do
2. HOW you do it
3. WHAT results you get
