We have subscribed to Oracle OMCe and created and provisioned an Oracle Mobile cloud enterprise instance successfully.
And It worked fine for couple of days, then after that once i login and navigate to the botsui console, I am getting an internal server error, PFA the image attached.
Any advise how to recover from this error?
