Backing out R12 patches that have made changes to the database is very tricky. This is covered in the Patching Procedures documentation.

You can try to go to the patch directory and copy any files backed back into their respective locations in the $APPL_TOP, then reapply the patch with nocopyportion.
It may be easier to restart the patch and get it to complete. If you run adctrl, does it show workers failed? You could tell adctrl to restart the failed jobs and restart adpatch and let it restart when prompted.

Maybe the workers are too lazy to work todate
Maybe they took a vacation day since you asked them to work over the weekend.
I envy them coz they got the luxury of taking vacations, when I am always working 24x7, even on vacation you are being called, seems I have to right to rest, working like a slave, and always studying new Oracle software products.
I wish I am just work as a saleslady, or cashier, or room cleaner, etc, etc
