I noticed in the Profiler Appt—after looking up several contacts—the amount of email opens and web visits were at 3,000. Is there a max number the app will count? Also, in the activities break down, I noticed quite a few opens being counted with the same exact time and date. How is that possible. Below is a screenshot as an example of my first question. if you see any irregularities like these, validate that against Insight. Once you have a good idea what is going on, raise a Service Request with Oracle Support. When you sign up with eloqua/Oracle your organisation should have received a SupportIdentifier (SI) which on request could be linked to your Oracle account (SSO).
