HFM 11.1.2.4 Blank screen and smartview issue

Hi Experts,

This is regarding HFM 11.1.2.4 environment where in we are facing performance issues with smartview 2016. HFM version is.205.

Basically there are 2 issues which are more prominent.

1)smartview performance issue - wherein users are facing slowness/crash of files etc and what users claims that in older HFM version and Excel version they don't use to face this issue.

But since old environment is decommissioned so we have new 11.1.2.4 and excel 2016[ 365 office version].

2)Blank screen issue- Sometimes it happen that when user click on application the white/blank screen appears and then we need to restart services to fix this.

We have DSS =1 in our environment.

Tuning xms and xmx value is 8GB.

Please suggest any inputs for above two issues.
