    audit trail report

      Hi All

       

      Environment:

      Apps: R12.1.3

      DB: 11.2.0.3

       

      I have enabled the audit trail for fnd_user table for below columns:

      USER_ID

      USER_NAME

      START_DATE

      END_DATE

      DESCRIPTION

      EMPLOYEE_ID

      EMAIL_ADDRESS

      FAX

      CUSTOMER_ID

      SUPPLIER_ID

      GCN_CODE_COMBINATION_ID

       

      1. Now i have created a user with description and email id provided

      2. Later updated the description

      3. Later i have renamed the user

      4. Put the end date for 23-May-2018

      And executed the Audit Trail Report

      Now my doubt is am not able to see the username and description in audit trail report which is created for insert operation

      In update why am not able to see the user updated name and end date information in report

       

      Please suggest, may be am wrong to understand the report please rectify me

          The default functionality of AuditTrail is to store the values of the column BEFORE the update. So for an insert there is no "before" value.

           

          Try querying from the view fnd_users_ac1:

           

          select * from fnd_users_ac1 where user_name='SYSADMIN';

            Sorry in delay response.

             

            here in can see update record but email_id also i have updated but no value showing in fnd_user_ac1
