You may need to check when is the request start date for each of these requests which are pending and confirm if it is running only in 5 minutes interval after the completion of the previous request.
Also you may check the manager which is running this request is up and running.

As you can see in the schedule run screenshot, the program was initially run in 25 January 2018.
And this was handled by the Generic Standard Manager of actual=25 target=25 PARAMETER value.
I would suggest you to explore the document and patch . However please check whether the program was set to "Restart on system failure", if yes, un-check and let us know whether the problem reproduces.

it helps , if there was an issue when scheduling the request. So it could have scheduled multiple times.
I would recommend below.
- As the parameters look same, Please check the frequency of all the requests. Determine whats actually needed for you. I believe 5mins is usually good.
- You don't need so many processes. One if fine. Cancel scheduled programs one by one after determining what you would like to keep intact.
- Wait for 5mins check for completion. check logs.
