We have EBS 12.2.4 with AD/TXK Delta-10 and we are using workflow mailer for outbound & inbound processing.
Sometime we observed that inbound processing stops working and we are reporting by business about inbound processing issue. At the same time outbound processing working fine (i.e sending email notifications to users).
Issue getting resolved by re-starting wf mailer.
Now query, is there any way we can track inbound processing alone ?? or logic to create a script.
