Yes You can use LCM to replicate an entire application(including data) to another envrioment.
You can also manually extract a dimension to a flat file and upload that file to another enviroment.
You could also use Data Management to move data between PBCS instances.
If it is a one time activity, then you can do them manually as suggested by user above, if you want this to be on a regular basis, then you use epmautomate and have them sync'd regularly.
For data movement, best would be data management, else you can also use LCM.
You might want to see data management where you can use the other environment as a target, then you can pipe your data between the two without resorting to exports.
As to; Do you think that putting all my Outline nodes (intermediate levels) as Dynamic (for aggregation) ?
This depends on how large your hierarchies are from the intermediate level upwards, you might want to experiment with this and if you solution is web form centric also try targeted partial aggregations based on form content.

I think Robert is telling you that if your mid level upwards is a large number of combinations then your performance will die horribly if you make them all dynamic calc, better is to look at making only the peaks of dimensions (< 10 children) dynamic calc if you are looking to cut down your run time without killing you performance.
Though with PBCS Smart Push you can also operate the kind of Cameron-esque - see his blogs if you haven't - push based on members saved in forms and then try and base review of non-input members based on reporting cube. Smart Push is an awful lot faster than aggregations.
Thank you for your feedbacks.
But I can't make a Smart Push between 2 different servers I think. It's the between two applications in the same Server.
And it is just oneshot, I need to do it only for Outline and Datas.
The smart push advice was from your question "Do you think that putting all my Outline nodes (intermediate levels) as Dynamic (for aggregation) ?" - which did not look connected to your data migration question?!
No it's not related to the migration, but an additional one, sorry !
Using LCM, I can Export Essbase Data, but I don't know if I can upload this artifact (only Essbase Data) from Server1 to Server2, and then import it to my second cube. Is it possible please ?
See first response.
Are you applications identical ?
I am trying to understand this answer.
My application are not the same, I will add the difference of the outline to the second one, and then I need to copy the data from the first one, to the second one.
Can you please, be explicit about the solutions you gave me, that will allow me to see how I can proceed this. Thank you !

So based on your recent response it appears you are stating your applications are different dimensionality (Not just out fo sync from a metadata standpoint ).
If the applications were to be identical LCM would be the most straight forward approach.
Since they are not to be identical as stated in the first response you can manually export the dimension you want to a flat file from your source application. Then use that flat file to update your target application.
Then you can use Data Management to move 'data' between environments. The well know John G has blogs (there is also Oracle documentation on the process) you can review if you are not familiar with data management.
You can wrap all of those items in a process using EPM automate if you wish to later automate somehow.
if you use LCM then when you import the data then if there are any metadata changes it will first synchronise the metadata and refresh the DB before importing the data.
If you use data management then you will have to manually synchronise the metadata first.
Where can I find John blog's topic about the data management please ? any link to help ?
And when you say "you can use Data Management to move 'data' between environments", I don't find how to add a remote server as source or target from the first server.
