Please can you confirm the following:
1. Is this TimesTen 11.2.2 that you are talking about or the new 18.1 release (I am assuming 11.2.2)?
2. Will you be managing the TimesTen Active/Standby pair replication setup manually, via your own custom developed scripts or using Oracle Clusterware?
Assuming that this is 11.2.2 then you can find all the necessary documentation in the TimesTen Replication Guide here: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21901_01/timesten.1122/e21635/toc.htm
And a step by step Tutorial in the TimesTen QuickStart guide here: Configuring Replication Between TimesTen Databases
You can also download the entire QuickStart guide, including sample programs etc., here: https://github.com/oracle/oracle-timesten-samples
