We are updating the QA Collection record through the interface table by running the standard import program.
There are few records for which the update fails with the following error message:
The error is very inconsistent and does not occur every time.
If you can identify one of the records that errors, go through each field's value and check for these kinds of things:
For each field that is mandatory in the table, check that it isn't not null
For each field that has a LOV, check that the value exists in the LOV. Is the organization I'd valid, is the in vitro item enabled in that org, etc for all fields with validated values. Include any mandatory descriptive flexfields
For numeric values, does the data have a non-numeric?
