Please help on this issue.
Please check the availability of Internal Concurrent Manager, CRM , Standard Manager & 'Receiving Transaction Processor'
Navigation :- Sysadmin > Concurrent > Manager > Administer Screen
Please find the below concurrent managers status.

We do not have 'Receiving Transaction Processor' manager. We have 'Receiving Transaction Manager'.
Check the following parameters from pfile it its not set then set the same.
Change the profile option 'Concurrent: TM Transport Type' to 'QUEUE'
or else we can NOTE:240818.1 - Concurrent Processing: Transaction Manager Setup and Configuration Requirement in an 11i RAC Environment
We do not have these parameters. We are able to run that program another instances.
We have conflicts with following two programs.
--> Pick Slip Generation Request Set (Report Set)
-> Pick Selection List Generation - SRS
And these are running since Jun 8, but these two programs didn't have SID till now.
I have cancelled these two program and Receiving Transaction Processor executed successfully.
