    SQL Developer database authentication exception.

Connection using SQL Developer to Oracle Database using Radius Authentication (Strong Authentication), occasionally causes a SIGIOT exception in the database.  Exception would look something like this "ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [gsignal()+53] [SIGIOT] [ADDR:0x3E8000013B9] [PC:0x3657432495] [unknown code] [] "

I haven't had much luck with this issue because it is very random and happens once every few weeks/months.  I have enabled level 16 tracing on client and server, but because issue is random and we don't know how to replicate issue, the logs are just growing heavily.  Curious is anybody else has run into similar issue.
