Those settings don't affect the scratch editor.
The scratch editor is for ad hoc.
If you want to do a proper migration, create a project and start the wizard.
These are Sybase IQ procedures and cannot be done using migration project.

That's a paid option. Also we have migrated ASE databases using sql dev so would be an overhead to make their generated code work alongside the already migrated one.
80% of IQ code is same as ASE. Therefore, creating a shell script which will comment out IQ only syntax and compile SP into an ASE db. From there it should be straight forward.
Also, this being a bank, the time required to get a new tool into their ecosystem would be very high.

On 2nd thought. Would be nice if those settings apply even to scratch editor. We have to choose the from and to language of translation.
