In a sql worksheet, copy/paste or write your query using Oracle join/s. Click the Query Builder tab.
The "context menu" appears in the "Query Builder" tab when you right-mouse-click on the the query builder grid. Untick the "Create Oracle joins" option. When you switch back to the "Worksheet" tab, the joins will now be ansi joins, and your query will have also been reformatted to what ever your formatting options are set to.
Switch to Query Builder tab right-mouse-click in the Main window and the context menu pops up:
Untick "Create Oracle Joins and Switch back to Worksheet tab:

I guess the documentation is rewritten for major releases and this feature appeared in the recent point release.
