Sorry, reports are designed to be available from any connection, so this isn't possible today.
If your connection is active, when you go to open the report, it should be listed up top though.
Then this would be helpfull if will be in future release available some additional checkmark to remember connection you used when you create/test report. And if connection won't we available then pop up dialog you get now when you open the report for the first time. Otherwise you have to switch connection each time if you for example quickly visually checking data from two different sources. Otherwise useful stuff to use.
