    Insufficient privileges, user is not a Contributor

      Hello , I have Apex 18.1 and using Incident Tracking application .

       

      I tried to do a validate action on one of the tickets , I clicked on the 'Validate' button, but error message appeared ,

       

       

      Insufficient privileges, user is not a Contributor

      Access denied by Page security check
