EMOC BUI is not accessible though EC vm is running.and 9443 stop listening
when is run netstat -rn and ecadm command :
[root@premoc ~]# /opt/sun/xvmoc/bin/ecadm status
[root@premoc ~]# netstat -an | grep 9443
but when i stop/start services EC then it start working. but it is not a permanent solution.
pls follow the below docuemnt - do a clearn start/stop of you EC/PC1 and pc2
