Oracle 10g to Oracle 12c migration

Hello,

We need to migrate our Oracle 10g to Oracle 12c? Do you have any experience with this? What kind of problems can we encounter? We already found some issues with our queries that contain "wm_concat" function or queries where the alias is not specified. Can you help with some hints?
