I need some explanation for the lifetime support policy in Hyperion EPM Products releases: 11.1.2.1 and 11.1.2.3
If I look at the official document is say something like:
Release 11.1.2.x:
• Premier support : Dec 2020
• Extended support : Dec 2021
• Sustaining support : Indefinite
But then, I’ve read de following:
• 11.1.2.3 : S1 defect fixing only until March 2018
• 11.1.2.4 : Defect Fixing, 3rd party certification updates, enhancements thru Dec 2020
Questions:
1.- Does it means that 11.1.2.3 doesn’t have premier support and/or extended until 2020?
2.- What happened with release 11.1.2.1 about error correction policy?
