I am looking for confirmation on the following:
Is Oracle iPlanet Webserver v6.0 certified to run on Solaris 8 Branded Zone on Solaris 10 LDOM?
Has anyone deployed a similar combination?
We have had iPlanet 6.0 running on Solaris 8 on Physical SPARC Hardware for the past 10+ years.
We are looking to migrate it to new hardware and LDOMs as part of a Hardware refresh program.
Due to project constraints we are unable to upgrade to newer versions.
Any advice or feedback appreciated. Thanks.
