There supposed to be an update to support xcode 10. We're waiting for it as well.
If you are just starting to create these apps and you still want to use Oracle technology then use Oracle JET instead. Not much activity is happening around MAF (as you can see from this forum).
If it were me? I would use ORDS for developing PL/SQL Based REST services, ADF BC for Java-Based REST services and use JET or VBCS for the client.
Oracle is maintaining MAF.
Target release mid-April 2019.
iOS - This will support iOS 12.
SiriKit integration supported.
Android - This will support Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
Windows - No change.
Application Features - Support to save the user ID.
Android - Support Android 9, pure 64 bit
Application Features - TBD
Oracle has informed from a SR I've opened that the deploy of the new Release (2.6.0) it should be today.
Thanks a lot for the info.
Anyway, from where did you get the information about the release date for Oracle MAF 2.6.1?
I am the Product Mgr for MAF and this is just really saying that we are planning to continue support and meet upcoming Android requirements.
