      Hello - we using 12.2.1.3 and using CP task flow and corresponding content presenter multi item display template that has ADF table.  all working good. first column is docName.

      now lets say - in typical ADF Fusion web application we can have a filter just on the top of adf table's column name. so u type few characters in the filter and the column shows u the searched records. this is possible bcaz u already have this adf table based on iterator as u dragged and dropped. that is reason u also have following in pageDef:

      <searchRegion Criteria="EmployeesViewCriteria" Customizer="oracle.jbo.uicli.binding.JUSearchBindingCustomizer"

                        Binds="EmployeesView1Iterator" id="EmployeesViewCriteriaQuery"/>

      It seems Binds and Criteria  is must for filter on adf table to work ?  Bcaz, if u have content presenter multi item display template then we do not have Criteria and Binds caz we are adf table value = "#{nodes}

      Note: Needless to say, template takes place of the CP TaskFlow's ( region ) while it executes.

      In short, how do you get filter to work for docName column ?

      Thanks.

          Hi,

          As I do not know all the requirements of your development I am start thinking you need more than just showing data with Content Presenter.
          Develop your own ADF Task Flow instead of using Content Presenter, you will have less headaches and will be much more customizable to meet your requirements.

          Content Presenter is good to display results, not for adding big logic on it.

          Kind regards.
