I believe you are tying to do the LCM export of the report from the Shared Services console. These artifacts should list in Shared Services Console :
Under Application Group->Reporting and Analysis -> on right side under "Repository Objects".
The user who logged in to do the LCM should have a LCM administrator role.

I am logging in with admin account but still i am not able to see the reports
Which is the version of FR ? Check any permission set in the folders.
You could also raise a Request with Oracle to review the issue.
