Impact on Hyperion environment of doing an in place SQL upgrade from 2008R to 2012

So I'm on Windows server 2012, Hyperion environment  Servers for Essbase/Essbase Studio, Foundation/FDMEE, FR services, and then a server with MSSQL 2008R to provide the databases for each service.  If I do an in place upgrade onto SQL from 2008R to 2012, are there any steps or precautions I need to be aware of as far as how Hyperion will be impacted?  We'll be migrating the same exact databases, tables, user names, and passwords, and no IPs or server names will change, so as far as I know I won't have to reconfigure anything, and I should be able to just stop all services, do the upgrade, restart services, and go about business as usual.  Do I have this correct, or am I missing something?  Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
