Hi Dear Team,
We have a strange problem which has not being solved by Opera support or Marriott helpdesk. Both of the groups says problem exists but there is no solution. Opera version is 5.4.1.e29
Opera login page domain section randomly becomes empty on the Opera client PCs at the hotels which are moved from Starwood to Marriott. You can take 2 action to bring it back ;
1 Restart Opera application services,
2. Open an internet explorer and just access Opera login page on the Opera server (no opera login needed and domain section remains until the IE on the opera server being closed by a restart or session logoff etc.)
Problem is affecting customer operation especially when the IT is not onsite because the steps requires Opera server access/admin rights.
Does anybody has an information and solution about this problem?
