View forms sessions like Enterprise Manager

Is it possible to query (or via an unix script) the active forms sessions with the client ip address like "User sessions" tab in the Forms component of the Enterprise manager?

It looks something like this:
Process ID CPU Usage (%) Private Memory Usage (%) IP Address User Name
9999 0.00000 0.1164 10.10.10.255 ME

I found it is possible to query the sessions but not with the client ip address and that is the information I need to query.
