The solution is in the environment settings of your machine.
The first ORACLE home (also where the SQLORA32.ddl file is placed) should be in the beginning of the PATH statement.
I couldn't find SQLORA32.ddl anywhere on my computer. I have multiple oracle homes but none have it. How do you get this file?
Try looking for sqora32.dll
How many oracle homes do you have on your machine?
The oracle home containing the odbc driver should be the first in path.
I have the dll : C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\client_1\BIN\sqora32.dll , and also it's in environment variable. But still getting the same posted erro. Can you pls help me.
if you have not fixed it simply go the "Environment Variables" section under system and add the full path to the Oracle 10 home to the front of the PATH environment variable and a semji-colon ';' after it to seperate the path from the next variable.
I ran into this problem when I installed Disco stuff on my machine and this fixed it.
I am facing same issue while creating dsn .can any one help me on this?
Just write oracle home path at start in "path" Environment Variable and append with semi colon
