Decrease memory used by JRE 64

We are using Oracle Forms 12.

We started using JRE 64 and everything works fine except memory consuming issues.

      I currently have 8 update 212 64bit.

With JRE 32 each Forms session we started was consuming 256MB. We could however go to control panel and add under "Runtime Parameters" -Xmx1024m -Xms128m. Then every new Forms session would consume around 128MB of memory.

With JRE 32 each Forms session we start consumes around 512MB. If I go to control panel and add under "Runtime Parameters" -Xmx1024m -Xms128m then nothing changes. Still every new session consumes around 512MB of memory.

Is there a way to decrease memory consumption of JRE64?
