    [Eloqua] Excluded from Email


      Hello people, I need a little help.


      I activated a campaign and several contacts got stuck with the status:


      - Excluded from email: return

      - Excluded from e-mail: subscription cancellation

      - Excluded from email: global exclusion


      I searched the Topliners but found nothing related to that.

      Can someone tell me why this happened?
