AD/TXK delta upgrade from 7 to 9 & EBS cpu patch application

Dear Experts,

We are in process of applying Apr EBS CPU patch 29224724 and the read me of this patch says minimum code levels to be:

12.2.3

R12.AD.C.delta.10

R12.TXK.C.delta.10

We are currently on 12.2.5 with delta 7,so we are in process of upgrading to delta 10 as a prereq to apply this CPU patch

We ran CheckMTpatch.sh and got the below patch summary.We have few concerns here.

Is it mandatory to apply all patches listed in below sections before upgrading to delta 10 OR any specific patches from below sections can be applied?
