QA check errors**unable to add multiple sub lines**Service contracts

User_B9XGOMay 24 2019 — edited Feb 9 2021

Hi All,

I am able to add multiple sub lines  to a 'Service line' in Service Contracts. But, when I do a QA check it errors : "Contract has more than 1 subline"

Can someone please share some inputs.

I believe that to be able to use the space for apex, for business purposes you need to contact an oracle representative, and pay for this service, even if it is you who will do all the programming, there is cost in hosting.

Hello Jorgelina,

Thanks for the reply, I am ready to pay, but I am confused which path to take.....I am currently using Zoho Creator, its not fitting me well. I took a free apex workspace it works for me....and all i need is that workspace with more features, which i am ready to pay.

I also tried to go with Apex using AWS, but it seems to be a very complex path....I am also advice to go with Infrastructure as a service option, which I have just know it.

Doesn't Oracle gives a payable account where we can buy for 2 or 3 users and pay for yearly....like Zoho??

Thanks and regards,

Pratap.

Here is a good start for options, but doesn't go too deep into cloud configuration. I suspect that may also change by the minute.

Thank you Scott. I will try the Oracle XE idea on AWS. And will see if I can handle it.

I downloaded oracle XE and tried apex, it is good, but I can't access it from a different place that is why I am looking for Cloud. I am looking more of a Software As A Service feature for Oracle Apex.

Thanks once again.

For small business I would suggest using some APEX hosting company such as maxapex.com , revion etc. They provide you the full working environment ready and they aren't very expensive.

Hi,

If I were you, I'd try to host my application on these sites.

I think maxapex is a good option as Habib said.

cheers,

Hello Habib,

Thanks for the reply, this is exactly what i am looking for. Out of all what you pointed (maxapex.com , revion) are the best. They are charging around 15$ per month.....I am from India, will also look for Indian Apex Hosing Services.

Thanks once again,

Pratap

Hello Eric,

Thanks for the link, i have gone through all of them and looked at the pricing, for some i left an email. As Habib pointed maxapex.com , revion are best in that list.

Thanks once again,

Pratap.

One small question, out of the features provided in different plans they say "Domain Hosting/Mapping" --- what is this for? Is it really important?

Habib

We have been using maxapex.com for many years now and their support and uptime are amazing. I would highly recommend. Their UK servers provide good connectivity to India/Pakistan/Bangladesh/UAE/Saudia etc as we have several clients there who are using maxapex.com .

For further details about their features I would recommend contacting them directly. However domain mapping should mean to use your own domain to access your APEX applications such as if you type  www.yourname.com your APEX app will open with some URL like http://www.yourname.com/apex/f?p=123 etc.

Habib
