Is this seen on emails coming from particular client (mail client) ? What mail exchange server you use ? Did you look at Unifier application log files ?
Mail client is IBM Notes.
Run on Oracle SaaS, I cannot see the log files. I'm requesting the log in SR.

If you haven't done so already I would suggest you raise an SR. The support/development teams will know what logs to look at.
