Thank you, however their instructions do not work. Other than it would block the domain transfer for 60 days, the original problem of getting a 404 page is still there.
I would recommend responding to their response then and share what you are experiencing so they can further troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing then. Unfortunately the issue you are experiencing does not sound like one that can be directly supported via this community.

I agree. This sounds like an issue on a web server. The url doesn't exist and whatever it is doing is not getting done. I appreciate the push you gave them to respond. I did respond with as much information as I could and now will probably wait for another 4 or 5 days for the next response. It is a little frustrating when it becomes so difficult to do a domain transfer. I would not regret if the GDPR disappeared, although I know it won't. It's wearing my mouse out.
