Hello we are using OAS 10g (10.1.4) SSO and OID with Oracle EBS
When our client makes modifications in their Active Directory often the users are unable to login to EBS via SSO
To resolve the issue we delete the entry in OID and do a resync via dipassistant this usually works Sometimes necessary to update the GUIDs
Is there a process that the client could run to rectify this issue ?
Is this the correct place to post this question or should it be a EBS more orientated area ?
