Hi, You could check whether the SOA-Infra is in proper state and also the database that the SOA-Infra is configured with.
I assume you imply that you indeed called the particular initiating endpoint of this composite.
If no instances appear then they fail before a dehydration point has been reached. (Or because of in-memory-bpel settings).
So I'd look into the soaserver log or soaserver-diagnostic.log for errors relating to this composite.
What I also tend to do is to place a dehydration activity right after the initiating receive or pick.
If then a flow trace appears, it probably fails, but then at least you know you touched it.
For the rest, I have too little information to work on.
