"We were unable to verify this as a legal address" after contact information change.

Hello,

after I upgrade my contact information i receveid a mail message tha inform me that contact isn't valid.

I verify my new mail address and accept GDRP policy, were is the problem???

I try many times Always with same result.

Please help me, I have many host that point to my FQDN and message tell me that disable domain If verification fails until 2019-07-10

"We must verify your contact address before 2019-07-10, otherwise ICANN regulations require Oracle+Dyn to disable your domain registration. "

We other users cannot help with such an account specific problem.  You "Contact Support" from within your account control panel.

I know, but "Contact Support"  answered me with an automatic message that is not conclusive, several days have passed and I don't have an answer to my problem, if the domain should be suspended it is a serious problem for me

Address verification typically is an automated process, however it sometimes can give a false negative which would require a member of the support team to manually verify. I apologize for the delay in response but hopefully we can quickly resolve this once you message me.

Hello Mike.

Please allow me to join this discussion because I have the exactly identical issue.

I have received "Action Required: Dyn could not verify your address for Domain Registration" on July 9.

I contacted Dyn support but I only receive automatic reply though I have replied to the email.

Today, I again received "Reminder: Dyn could not verify your address for Domain Registration" today.

It says the domain will be expired on 2019-07-24.

It's very serious for me.  Could you help me?
