It seems to be delayed till Q4CY19.
Why is the release planed 6 Months after all other supported platfroms?!
The patching end dates are set... so Oracle Solaris x86-64 users get disadvantaged!
we are also waiting for 19c since April. My personal opinion, oracle in an indirect way wants to irritate some custmers from Solaris x86 and attract them to other OS flavores or use Cloud services maybe.
I have a feeling you are dead right.
Back in July at an UKOUG event we were told by Dominic Giles that they were just finishing the porting for Solaris x86-64.....
Guess things have changed since then.... very poor show....
I have the same question...
We are using Solaris x86_64 and need support for Oracle Database 19.3
As much as the Oracle Solaris engineering team members on this forum would love to help we can't give an authoritative answer about the Oracle Database product.
The best way to get an answer to this is from your Oracle Sales representative and by logging an SR for the Oracle Database product and version you are interested in. I strongly recommend asking your Oracle Database Sales person regularly about support for the product versions and OS platforms you need, that way they can pass it back to their colleagues what the demand is. It is also worth reminding them why you continue to choose to run on Oracle Solaris be that on SPARC or on x86 (particularly if the x86 is Oracle hardware but even if it is not).

A similar question was asked on discussion group "Solaris on x86" with some news, so it may be just some time....
Release Schedule of Current Database Releases (Doc ID 742060.1) mentions now Q4 2019 for Solaris X86.
now it is released...
