the change is how Volume works in UOM now. see some screenshots:
as you can see, the location of volume in tare weight changed, which makes it match the other categories, for example length:
before release this new feature, user who sets volume as base UOM then this packaging can not be rolled up/calculated. and when set mass as base UOM, volume category doesn't show up to be selected in tare weight. now user can use Volume category as base UOM or tare weight.

Volume in material doesn't have such issue because you can give material density, then it can convert to mass based on density. may i know your user case so i can give some suggestion? thanks,

The client is creating training materials for their employees (related to all of the new features), but the client did not understand this feature.
The consultants in my company were not familiar with this enhancement because our customers had never complained about this issue.
