You are probably missing space after TEMP. It should be:
@apexins APEX APEX TEMP /i/
You may also consider installing APEX in PDB which is recommended so you will need to issue following:
alter session set container=xepdb1;
thanks. Yes that was the problem. There should be a gap between TEMP and /i/.
Now the APEX is loaded.
One more thing I would like to ask you here.
After downloading the zipped APEX file, I unzipped it and the "apex" folder is created in D:\Installers\Oracle APEX\19.1
Now in the next step when I run the apxldimg.sql, it asks to enter value for 1:
Can you please let me know whether I should enter only D: or D:\Installers\Oracle APEX\19.1
