I think it mainly depends on your support contract. The regular support on those products are expired for long already. They're in extended support for years now. You'll need a support contract for that.
So have your procurement manager to check that, or get in contract with your Oracle license manager.
I would like to know the normal support expiry.

To my surprise for the product versions you name (11.1.1.x, weblogic 10.3.1+) the premier supports ended Dec. 2018.

Anyway, the premium support ended Dec 2018. Extended support December 2021, and Sustaining support is indefenite.
